TERMS OF USE.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to use this Service where you live. A Phantom-compatible wallet is currently required to enter the game menu. You are responsible for your wallet, device, browser session, and activity under your account. We never need your seed phrase or wallet private key; do not share either with anyone claiming to represent ChickenPop.

Each wallet-linked game account should use one unique fighter name. Names may not impersonate the team or another player, contain abuse, or be used to evade a restriction. A wallet connection and signature authenticate you; they do not transfer custody of your wallet to us.

2. The game and its rules

Ranked matchmaking pairs available players through server-hosted rooms. Practice is an AI mode. Energy, ratings, match results, rematches, forfeits, and weekly-ladder scoring follow the Game & Fair Play Policy. We may correct clear errors, investigate suspicious results, or temporarily limit a feature to protect fairness or service stability. We do not guarantee an opponent, uninterrupted availability, a ranking, or a particular result.

3. No financial offer

The Service is not an investment, exchange, gambling product, or promise of income. The displayed Solana contract address is supplied by the project team for identification only. Tokens, if any, are separate from current game access and do not create a claim to game rewards. Do not buy or hold any asset expecting a game payout. Any future rewards would require separate published rules and technical, security, economic, and legal review.

4. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play or matchmaking, manipulate results or referrals, impersonate others, disrupt the Service, attack its infrastructure, or use multiple accounts to gain an unfair competitive advantage. Do not attempt to access another account or submit false wallet proofs. Please report vulnerabilities privately to hello@chickpop.online instead of exploiting them.

5. Content and intellectual property

ChickenPop game code, artwork, branding, sounds, and site content are provided for personal use of the Service. No ownership or commercial license is granted by playing. You keep ownership of content you lawfully provide, such as your chosen fighter name, but allow us to display it in your profile, match history, leaderboards, and weekly standings as needed to run the game. Please do not submit material you cannot lawfully use.

6. Third-party services and security

Phantom, Solana infrastructure, Cloudflare, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for wallet software, browser extensions, network fees, or independent third-party sites. Links do not mean endorsement. Always verify the destination and contract address yourself before any wallet action.

7. Changes, availability, and liability

The game is under active development. Features, matchmaking rules, Energy costs, and these terms may change; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the Service. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
